I feel like a child’s 5th birthday is equivalent to a an adult turning 30. Either way, it definitely calls for a celebration! Last Sunday, we celebrated Tyler’s 5th birthday at Image Powerhouse in Manhattan. Not sure how a child of the 2000’s even knows about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but I’m so happy he does seeing it was one of my favorite cartoons growing up. To keep the kids (both big and small) entertained, they hired Professional Kids Entertainment, which included a clown, magician, live bunny, ninja, cotton candy machine, games, balloon animals, face painting, and mother*cking bouncy house!!! It was all for an extremely reasonable price as well, I highly suggest them if you’re in NY. Below are a few pics, as you can see I enjoyed it just as much as the kids did. #gallery-14037-1 { margin: auto; } #gallery-14037-1 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-14037-1 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-14037-1 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
