“So come with me, where dreams are born, and time is never planned. Just think of happy things, and your heart will fly on wings, forever, in Never Never Land”
I had two final tattoos in mind, this of course was not one of them lol. I can’t take full credit for it either. I saw the design on some random Tumblr and immediately fell in love. Alice in Wonderland is actually my favorite Disney movie of all time, but Peter Pan is extremely meaningful to me.
Anyone that knows me knows that I am a five year-old trapped in a 30 year-old body. I’m silly, I’m goofy, and an avid supporter of “Team Right-Side-Of-The-Brain”. However, I’m also realistic, and logical. And unfortunately, over-analytical, and self-destructive. To me, this tattoo represents a few things starting with balance. The balance between your dreams and reality, and the beautiful struggle one goes through to make the two one in the same. It also represents courage. If you look closely, I replaced Michael Darling with Nibs, supposedly the bravest of the Lost Boys.
Last but definitely not least (in fact more), it’s a constant reminder to never grow up. Never stop dreaming. Never stop laughing. Never stop loving.
