I definitely feel better than I look, and that’s what I care about most. Oh God, I’m turning into one of those annoying born again health freaks. Lemme stop and start with the food.

I know this looks like vomit, but it's actually my favorite oatmeal from Trader Joe's with fresh strawberries added to it. I kid you not it's so delicious, and has flaxseed and plant sterols.

My "healthy" attempt at hazelnut french toast lol. Wheat bread, no butter, and agave nectar instead of syrup. Don't judge me, I had a craving!
I was doing so good until I fucked it all up and had chicken and waffles with cheesy eggs and onions and a side of grits with milk and sugar at 2am asdjfklsdjfkldf. At least I find solace in knowing that the only bad decisions I make after 1am nowadays involve eating carbs lol. P.S. Has anyone heard of or tried this product? I was on one of my favorite gossip websites (guilty) and saw it advertised there. I’m really curious to see if it does the trick.
